My furnace broke down and I called Jim He arrived early in the morning. ( cold outside Jan/28/26 Freakin Cold inside ) Jim got are furnace up and running again. Had a problem with my furnace , Modern Home Energy was referred to me by a friend and now im referring them to everyone who's reading this..Jim and his guys came within an hour .. explained to me what the issue was and spotted a few other issues and how they would fix them.. I called Modern home energy because a neighbour had notified me of an issue with my pool heater. Jim showed up to my place within the hour to have a look. Assesed my problem, identified it, and got me the required parts with no leg work on my end! He got me a brand new Hayward pool heat exchanger, cleared the red tag with enbridge and had me back in business within 48hrs. I can't say enough good things about Jim and his proffesionalism, work ethic, and determination to make sure I was happy with the service. He had me up and running in no time! He did a great job at a very reasonable price. My pool now heats up in hours vs. days. Roughly 3-4f/hour for 110,000 liter pool which is pretty impressive in my books. The thing has never worked better since Jim serviced it (heater came with the house).
