I needed a pool heater my heater was fired.After calling three different companies and leaving a message, with no return calls I called Home Comfort and left a message, thinking another no call back. My call was returned in about ten minutes. Right there i thought this is a great sign.I explained to Jim my issue on the phone of no warm water. What I liked was Jim had me do a couple of things over the phone but nothing worked. I asked him what the problem could be, and he said I don't want to assume anything until I do a full diagnosis of the issue.The next day Jim showed up. As he was doing his diagnosis, I was drilling him full of question. He explained everything in full detail, and his patience with me was great. I think he understands what the customers needs are. Never once did he talk down to me and articulated clearly to me what he was doing. Yes I am one of those customers that likes to hover around while the work is being done.After he was completed with his diagnosis he explained the the heater coil and the burner were rusted out. Which i could clearly see after he had it apart. He needed to get a replacement and ordered what I needed. He made another appointment two days later and replaced the heater.I will now use Home Comfort from now on.Great work Jim and thanks.

We had an excellent experience with Jim. He was upfront about the initial diagnostic fee, arrived early, explained everything as he was working, etc. And from start to finish our issue with our air conditioner was resolved in less than 48 hours! I would highly recommend Jim as he is honest, helpful beyond just the specific issue for which he was hired and very dedicated to customer service. Thank you!
